Allergy information

We strive to ensure that our products are safe for everyone. We take precautions to prevent cross-contamination from seasonings other than your order, however we cannot guarantee this in any way due to the handmade nature and long hours which are put in to producing our products. Due to limited space, we often combine multiple products in our smokers to reduce costs in order to provide competitive prices to our customers. 

If you have sensitivities, please keep this in mind. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept all responsibility.

If you have an allergy, we would still love for you to enjoy our products and would be happy to produce a batch to your liking while excluding all other products. Please contact us directly for information and ordering.

Product weight and volume

Because products are all made by and packaged by hand, there may be variations in the fill level of a container. 

Some products are sold by weight, in this case the product weight indicates the total weight of the ingredients prior to adding to the container.

Custom quantities are available, including large batches. Please contact us for more information.

We strive to provide only the highest quality products and we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to remedy the situation.

Because we are a small business and we strive to keep costs as low as possible, we may not be able to provide refunds for shipping and handling fees.

Local delivery is now available for orders over $20.00. This availability is limited by zip code and is generally only available on the west side of the Phoenix metro area as well as the Prescott area.
